Meet Olive, the puppet park-keeper on a mission to tackle litter, and Teaspoon, an anarchic bird made entirely from discarded materials. Their story unfolds on and around a life-sized wheelbarrow, where everyday objects become creatures, and tools take on curious new forms. As Olive attempts to tidy the park, she has unexpected encounters with wildlife and curious visitors.
